I'm a labor only shop so my customers bring there own parts, if needed I do help finding them though. The parts stores are all just a few blocks away so it's no problem getting what is needed. My overhead is lower than most so I pass that onto the customer making my labor rate very competitive that and no parts mark up means my estimates generally are half the other shops in the area. I have 35+ years experience I do electrical, electronic diagnostics as well as all the other vehicle systems. I diagnose for free as long as I do the repairs. I am the most cost effective shop in the area done professionally and on time. I'm not set up with a waiting area so I ask a car gets dropped off for the day, half a day for smaller jobs.
