Cowan Tire & Auto Service began (as Cowan Tire & Battery) in 1944! Arnold Cowan had been working for Goodyear in Akron, and at the end of WWII they urged selected members of management to go out and open stores in order to establishment retail distribution that would service pent up demand. Cowan’s is operated with the care and customer relationship that only a family business offers. Our employees are our work family, and our team works to take care of our customers and keep their trust every day! We are a family owned and operated establishment and we take customer service to heart. We will always go the extra mile for you and work hard to earn your trust with quality care!
