The owner Chris Stoermer after leveraging his property to cover debts, debts now uncovered as questionable at best. Getting into business with individuals in the community known for their illegal practices. After a fire that decimated the business 4 years later, still a burned out shell owner Chris Stoermer lives part time out of his van, fighting a substance abuse addiction, harboring criminals within his once successful Young Street property. Including Walter Lau wanted for questioning in a vehicle homicide, and embezzlement of over a hundred thousand dollars from business partner. Mr Stoermer sad!
