  “Had a friend from a dealership find a lical place clise by to fix my 20 year olds front driver door window... First time everything was great! A Few days later same window broke again apon calling the gentelman said to bring it back in and they would take care of it! Showed up at their location 30 mins early and knowbody was there, tried to call and no answer! Finally later that day got ahold of the and they said couldnt get us back in that day for they were already booked up gave an appointment for next day at 9.00am she was 3 mins late and they were very rude to her, a younger installer finally said he would get it taken care of for her and the charged my dealership friend again.... Wont even be nice on the phone to figure this out said it wasnt their fault well im having a hard time understand why it keeps breaking?????? So they get a one Star cause this is absurd”

  “Had them come out to fix a 1/8 inch chip/crack on my windshield. Medhi, came out and said he needed to charge his equipment as the battery died. I went in to write the check for the repair and when I returned, Medhi had started the repair and indicated he put too much pressure and cracked the entire windshield. He said he would get a new windshield at a good price and deduct $50 for his mistake. Medhi never called, came back, or called with price of new windshield. And now will not return calls. Company should follow through when a mistake is made!”

  “I must say this is one friendly shop! I went in to have my windshield replaced on Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon. Murray told me his cut off time was 11:00 A.M. in order to have a windshield delivered to install that same day. He made a few phone calls and to my surprise said he was having a windshield delivered and they would start on my car right away. Awesome, now that's customer service! While I was waiting for my windshield to be replaced I was educated about the difference in quality of work by a small Ma and Pa type shop like Touch of Shade that cares, compared with the big companies that employ many people who drive around in Vans and have large quotas to fulfill. I could tell these guys were concerned about my safety. They took there time and did a great job. They have a nice showroom with a computer I used to google restaurants in the area. It was my only day off so I walked across the street ate a nice lunch and even did a little shopping. I feel very comfortable about my decision. I'm not going to take any chances with my families safety. I recommend TOS to anyone. I already made an appointment to have my windows tinted.”
